This is a small collection of works expressing some of the most powerful emotions of my life in the year 2021. The collection explores the theme of mental fragility as experienced through three major concepts: Depression, Anxiety, and Stress.

In the year 2021 I faced the highest levels of stress and anxiety that eventually lead to my battle with depression. Through a series of life-changing events I was brought to my knees. As a man, I didn't think this was possible. In fact, I was always of the mindset that depression was a concept for those of a weak mind - something that would/could never happen to ME. Yet there I was in the middle of a battle inside my own mind. All of this eventually led to my breaking point where I nearly took the steps to end my life.

With this collection I hope to remind the world that our minds, we, are fragile. You CAN experience these things and there ARE ways to get through it. We are fragile, this is just the story of how I found out that I was too.
