Yin and Yang is a concept in the attitude and philosophy of the ancient Chinese to the world system and duality. Yin and Yang is a simplified form of the concept of the unity of opposites. From the point of view of the ancient Chinese and Taoists, there are two opposite but complementary principles in all phenomena and non-insta objects in the universe. Yin and Yang represent the opposite poles and contradictions of the world. But this does not mean that yang is good and yin is bad (in fact, this is a false distortion). Rather, yin and yang are part of the cycle of existence, like night and day or winter and summer. When you can and it feels good to be between yin and yang.Yin and Yang are respectively the names of the female and male complementary principles or forces of the world in Zen and Taoism philosophy, which include all aspects of life. Yin literally means the shaded side of the hill and Yang is the sunny side. Yin is usually considered synonymous with earth, which is dark and cold, and everything bad is attributed to it, and yang is synonymous with heaven, which is considered bright, warm, and good.
