My Great-Grandma worked as a researcher for the Užupis University in 1923. Her Job was to document the phenomenon of so called "Flash Bins": All over the country trash bins appeared in unexplainable places, sometimes defying the laws of physics. The first "Flash Bin" was found in the corner of a bar 20 minutes after the bar was closed.
