Open gazing at her divine mirror, Sophia found herself facing a force unlike any she had ever encountered. The mirror, now a twisted creation of both divine light and the abyssal darkness, began to tremble and pulse with a life of its own. Within its cold, unforgiving surface, something stirred—a presence that sent ripples through the very fabric of existence.
From within the mirror, a voice emerged, cold and mocking, yet eerily similar to Sophia’s own. "Thank you, dear Sister, for bringing me into being," the voice said, dripping with a venomous sweetness. The reflection within the mirror shifted, revealing a dark figure that mirrored Sophia in form but radiated a malevolence that was palpable.
"I am Igneris, the embodiment of all that you fear and all that you wish to avoid. You, who sought the light, have unwittingly given birth to Eternal Darkness."
Sophia recoiled, her heart heavy with the weight of her actions. Igneris was not merely a reflection; she was the opposite of all that Sophia represented.
Where Sophia was wisdom, Igneris was ignorance.
Where Sophia was love, Igneris was hatred.
And where Sophia was life, Igneris was death.
"You cannot escape me, Sophia," Igneris continued, her eyes glowing with an ominous light. "For I am bound to you, just as you are bound to me. But while I cannot leave this prison of glass, I can take from you the one thing you hold dear—the desire for motherhood."
With a cruel smile, Igneris reached out from within the mirror, her dark energy intertwining with Sophia’s essence. In a blasphemous act of creation, Igneris siphoned the wish of motherhood from Sophia’s soul, twisting it into something perverse and unholy. As Sophia watched in horror, Igneris began to craft a being of pure malice, a son forged from the very darkness that enveloped them.
"This is my gift to you, Sister," Igneris sneered. "A son who will oppose the daughter you so desperately yearn for. A son who will spread chaos, ignorance and destruction across the cosmos, undoing all that you have sought to protect."
With a shuddering force, the mirror began to crack, unable to contain the dark energy that swirled within it. Seeing this, without hesitation, Sophia smashed her fist into the glass, wanting to shatter her dark reflection.
From the shattered fragments, a new being emerged—a towering horned figure of darkness and malevolence. His presence was overwhelming, his power beyond comprehension. This was Moloch’Baal, the son of Igneris, born to bring about the end of all things.
Moloch’Baal wasted no time in asserting his cosmic dominance. With a wave of his hand, he began to play with the stars and planets as if they were mere toys. Entire galaxies trembled under his touch, collapsing into black holes or erupting in supernovae at his whim. The light and order that Sophia had fought so hard to maintain was unraveling before her eyes.
But amidst the chaos, there was a glimmer of hope. In the brief moment when Sophia had looked into the mirror, she had managed to glimpse her own divine light—a light that could not be extinguished, even by the darkest forces. As Igneris and Moloch’Baal reveled in their destruction, the mirror, now fractured into billions of shards, began to release the divine light it had captured.
Each shard, though small, carried within it a piece of the divine essence of Paradise. These shards, scattered across the void, became individual stars, each radiating its own unique light. They were the remnants of Sophia’s hope, the last vestiges of the divine that refused to be consumed by the darkness.
Moloch’Baal, with his newfound power, recognized the threat that these divine shards posed to his dominion. He knew that if these lights were to unite, they could overthrow him and reclaim the cosmos for the forces of good. And so, he devised a master plan—a plan to cage these lights, to keep them separated and ignorant of their true nature.
