This collection was actually suggested to me, and once the suggestion was made it really seemed like an obvious move.

For the past three years I have produced a well received calendar featuring scenes of Newfoundland and Labrador. In previous years I would take pre-orders and this would finance the actual print. However, that printing always took place out of house.

My beautiful wife is a graphic designer and her job in this role at a printshop has convinced me that I now have the confidence, and the skill set available, to do this production in house. The major stumbling block to this obviously is the initial investment in the equipment required to make this a reality. We are investigating other external funding options, but, if we can finance it ourselves based on the sales and merits of the project, all the better.
