Four eaters hassling lumps of muck (or 35P52) is a period-52 oscillator discovered by David Buckingham on October 1, 1977, making it the first oscillator of that period to be found. It consists of four copies of eater 1 hassling lumps of muck. In terms of its 35 cells it is the smallest known period 52 oscillator.

Generation 6 reveals that the object being hassled is generation 3 of the stairstep hexomino.
