Floral Fiction explores the contrast of beauty and decay by merging the two; creating an uncanny balance. Flowers are often depicted as a symbol of beauty, love and comfort. Through a custom pixel sorting algorithm, I sought out to break down a series of images of flowers to bring out the co-existing nature of order and chaos.
