"Perderme" — a live performance captured during the BosqueGracias art residency. 🎥 Filmed by BosqueGracias · 🎧 Audio by Estudio Borges · 🎶 Music by Dúo Dø
This piece is a living memory of a moment when sound, nature, and community came together in the heart of the Patagonian forest. The video captures a live performance of Perderme, a song rooted in the pulse of the city—the place where we were born, raised, and shaped.
We brought this song to the forest as a gesture of exchange. It carries the lights, sounds, and rhythms of the urban landscapes we love: milonga echoes, passing shadows, voices in the night. In performing it under the open sky, surrounded by trees and new faces, we offered what we are to the forest—and allowed ourselves to be transformed by what the forest and its people had to give.
Perderme speaks of presence and letting go. Of walking without a destination. Of dancing to listen more deeply. It is an invitation to lose yourself in the moment, and perhaps, in doing so, find something unexpected.
This work is part of the legacy of BosqueGracias—a space of shared meals, spontaneous creation, and deep listening. A place where music grows like roots, across difference, in resonance.
Esta canción es nuestro regalo al bosque, y este video, el eco de ese encuentro.
ENGLISH TRANSLATION — LYRICS: PERDERME Milonga Lights that fade away Milonga Shadows passing by Milonga Voices in the bar Sounds of the city
A shadow on the avenue full of lights, they dazzle me and my reflection gets lost among the crossings. I’m the river that draws and flows, with the moment, always changing.
Milonga Lights that fade away Milonga Shadows passing by Milonga Voices in the bar Sounds of the city
Ballad in the air, lit-up street, its glow embraces me. Whispers call me, I breathe the breeze, gentle rain, clear night.
I want to get lost as I walk, I want to live it a little more. I want to get lost as I dance, I want to hear it a little more.
