Our hearts are heavy, but they are still beating.

This week, Venezuela lost so much. Lives, homes, and pieces of many families. Some wounds will take a long time to heal, and others never will.

But in the middle of the pain, we remembered something that has always lived inside us: we are stronger together. Neighbors helping neighbors. Strangers becoming family. People from other countries reaching out with kindness when we needed it most.

This heart is cracked, but it has not stopped beating. It carries our grief, our love, and our hope.

For everyone we lost, for everyone who keeps fighting, and for everyone who chose to help… thank you. Venezuela is hurt, but it is not alone 🇻🇪❤️
