Bates 011725 // Logging into my Artist Account on Spotify to show Living In Oblivion, my copyright, is being exploited by Sony Music internationally without my consent or permission.

I sent Sony Music a demand letter on April 11th, 2025, to get my statements and payments (regardless of recoupment status) as has been their responsibility to ME, Claude S. (Anything Box) since post 1991. Since then, I have gotten only ONE sent to me in 1993/94. Since then, I have continuously written them to ask about their breaches.

In each case, I was ghosted, told I was not party to the Recording contract (I fully am), and had no power to ask. I filed my Reversion of Rights in 2022, and the Library of Congress accepted it.

From March 28th, 2025, on, Sony has been exploiting Peace Internationally every day on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, etc. It is a direct and willful violation of my Copyright, which I will defend in the courts.
