Description

This artwork is about a person who stayed silent for too long. The body is calm, seated, almost resigned. But the mind couldn’t hold it anymore. The head doesn’t explode outward in violence. It burns upward. That matters. This is not anger at the world. This is pressure turning inward until it ignites. The fire represents thoughts that were never spoken. Regrets that had no place to go. Ideas, love, rage, and fear all stacked on top of each other until the brain chose destruction over silence. The flowers beside the figure are not decoration. They are memories. Some beautiful, some painful. They grew while the person stayed still. Life kept moving even when the mind was collapsing. The skulls beneath him are past versions of himself. Old beliefs. Old identities. Old lives that didn’t survive the thinking. This is what happens when someone looks normal on the outside but is on fire inside. No scream. No movement. Just combustion.
