In 2018 I went to Afghanistan for my first ever documentary. 28 days of searching, shooting, interviewing, listening, and misery... A life-changing 28 days. Then I left the country and I came back home. I never thought that I could have insomnia. But starting from the first day and the next 6 months I couldn't be able to sleep at all. I thought I got insane. Every time when I was closing my eyes, I was seeing those people... The people who I lost in a... Nevermind! Everything happens for a reason. I was wanting so hard to sleep at least 1 hour and I tried everything and I failed until the idea of this collection. I wanted to look at the details of my daily life through my lens to understand myself better. I photographed everything about my routines and then my dreams came true. After a couple of days of shooting, I slept for 2 hours straight. You couldn't believe how relaxing it was.

Photography saved my mental health and I kept shooting.
