Command Prompts (2025) HTML-based interactive work

Command Prompts is a continuation of my 2017 piece Murmur, where I first began typing prose into the Windows command prompt and discovered the system’s refusal to recognize my words. In Murmur, created for a group exhibition on psychogeography, I mapped fragments of my personal memories of the internet into this rigid, mechanical interface. Each attempt at expression was met with the same denial: “not recognized as an internal or external command.”
