Since I can remember, I’ve always found myself naturally gravitating towards the ocean.

There is this beautiful sense of harmony and inner peace that I feel when I'm near it, it's a place where I can just drift away and forget about everything else but the present moment. It's a place I escape to, to find myself.

Photographing the ocean with my drone has always been a way for me to reflect and share those feelings with others, and to help keep those cherished moments with me forever.

'Dream State' was taken in a beautiful summer’s morning in Albany of Western Australia, a piece inspired by the soothing shades of turquoise waters and pristine coastlines that make up this region.

Being able to photograph one of my favourite beaches during sunrise with no one else around was the most blissful experience. I felt compelled to freeze that moment and showcase this beautiful part of Western Australia, a place I am proud to call home.
