This is a study of a Cherry Blossom tree blooming on a basketball court in Brooklyn during the spring of 2019.

One can view this in the literal sense as a progression of time but there are introspective and philosophical ideas raised as well. Is the tree most valuable at bloom? How do we think about our own lives in comparison?
