Description

Charline Lancel is a Belgian digital artist and decorator for nearly 30 years, she has already conquered the largest European institutions such as Bank Delen or the Ritz Carlton in Budapest, but also many private collectors.

This multi-talented artist has exhibited throughout Belgium and internationally: Tenerife, California, the "Caroussel du Louvre" in Paris, etc. Numerous press reviews have been devoted to her work: "Elle Décoration" devoted 5 articles to her, People Studio or "Fun in Brussel".

She produces digital Op Art pieces that are currently printed on aluminum panels using the ChromaLuxe sublimation technique. With sublimation, the image is not printed on the surface of the panel but, after intense heating, becomes part of the image. The use of aluminum is a perfect fit for Charline's work, whose compositions often have a fluid, molten metallic look.

Taking photos of everyday life with a simple camera, she uses the basic raster image, not the vector image. She then processes and transforms these photos with Photoshop, optimizing her results so that they can be incorporated into indoor and outdoor spaces, from grand hotels like the Ritz Carlton to private collections and millionaires' living rooms.
