At the start of the pandemic, I went for many walks in the park in New York and developed an interest for birdwatching. On one of my walks, I observed this hawk in its hunting mode. Everything about it was just impressive. The way it moved. The way it watched its prey quietly and patiently. And the speed of its movement when it was finally time to catch the smaller bird as its prey. Even when they tried to put a good fight against the hawk, they almost stood no chance. Hawks hunt with no mercy.
