Ever since the start of my photography journey, I have become obsessed with capturing the stillness and isolation that cabins bring. Each architect aims to create a perfect getaway while adding their own twist to the design. Some may be constructed out of logs, bringing the surroundings of the forest into their home, while others feature large modern windows creating a portal to their surroundings. Some of my favorite pastimes include heading out on weekend trips with my family and friends and disconnecting from the outside world. A cabin getaway always helps you live in the now, and appreciate the wonders of life.
