'Beach Holiday' emerged without any intention the week my extended family traveled to Aruba for their annual Christmastime pilgrimage. My immediate family generally does not attend these trips, including this year. Consciously, I was interested in exploring something cinematic and a little campy with the collection; it's also super fun seeing what the long-form generative AI produces. However, upon reflection during an afternoon bike ride, I realized 'Beach Holiday' connects somehow to the annual Aruba trip. Hopefully my family's time on the island is far less dramatic than what's depicted in these images.
