I stand firmly in the living body of the Earth. My presence is stable, calm, and immovable. I trust the ground beneath every step I take. Life supports me as surely as gravity holds the world. I am safe in the rhythm of existence. My roots grow deeper with every breath. I belong to this moment and this planet.
