There is a fish that continues to swim, even now, together with the scenery of a clear day, within my memory.
For some reason, the trace of a certain day remains within me. Why the image of that scene continues to be remembered so vividly—its reason and meaning cannot be measured in words, and can only be felt.

By recalling and drawing, as if piecing fragments together, an image that exists between presence and absence comes into view.
This work is born from the mingling of fragmentary memories lying dormant within me and the present moment that gathers them through its own lens; in a sense, it has drifted away from existence itself, revealing the aura of the landscape as it is.
