"Echoes of Lost Venus" reflects a rediscovery of a meaningful image from my past art projects. The female Venus figure was a frequent theme in my early screen prints, symbolizing a muse and goddess. Over time, the meaning behind her presence in my work has changed. After being forgotten for a while, I recently found inspiration in her again for this new piece.

The journey of this image started with a photo of a small Venus sculpture in my garden (circa 2016). After taking a series of pictures, I used analog glitch gear to process them for a print edition. Later on, I reworked this image into a video and sound art piece, adding more layers to the story of "Echoes of Lost Venus."

There are many video layers in this piece, some I likely won't even recall as they were all processed with various tools and techniques over several years.
