process used -started in gimp 2.10 and made a tribute to a tv test pattern, it features the theme of this drop “TV PARTY” where the indigenous chieftain head was, tiny lil AVU-s where numbers were and doodles in the corners where more testing circles were -took image into gifkr 2 and turned into an “animated” mp4 video file without actually animated or changing from frame to frame -used gifkr 2 video file as a source in acid.cam.v2.osx and applied a filter and color correction heavily distorting the original video -layered and combined the gifkr 2 and acid.cam.v2.osx video files in concatvideo -used concat video file in acid.cam.v2.osx and applied a slit-scan style filter -transferred final acid.cam.v2.osx video to usb for playback on xbox 360 using the system video player -further distorted the 360 video output through the meltedelectronics chroma corruptor displayed on the durabrand crt tv -recorded and exported the playback on the tv using the samsung galaxy s8 camera and gif me! pro, the app allowed boomerang style looping as well as a black & white filter for added contrast -transferred the gif me! pro video export to imac and added an audio loop recorded from a beat i made on the roland sp-404 mkii. exported as .mov in quicktime -converted .mov in handbrake to .mp4
