As we all know by now, fashion is one of the biggest polluter industries of our times. And plastic is one of the greatest environmental threats for our planet. So I feel very strongly about the idea of integrating recycled plastic in the making of clothes and accessories.

My pieces for Plastic Playground propose looks entirely made of plastic. It’s an ambitious but feasible vision into a future of fashion that I believe not to be far away.

AIFW is a new fashion-based community event organized by @FAICmag. This event brings together a community of talented creators who are pushing the boundaries of fashion by using AI technology to create bespoke themed pieces inspired by six distinct themes: Wearable Architecture, Plastic Playground, Acid Dystopia, Candyland, Not from here, and Gaia. Each theme will be interpreted by different artists through the lens of AI text-to-image generation, offering a new perspective on the intersection of fashion and technology.
