Here in South Texas breakfast tacos are very common, typically flour tortilla with eggs and either bacon, sausage, or chorizo, potato or combination, optionally some cheese on top, then some picante sauce ! Lunch and dinner bring more options ! Gordita is a thicker corn tortilla and another great option for a bigger meal.
