The only type of painting that finishes itself and is alive: Microbial art A.K.A. agar art, is a special way to create unique pieces by culturing microorganisms.
You can go from bacteria to fungi and use your own creativity to paint the agar(used as a canvas) with their natural colours or ones that are engineered to express fluorescent proteins. In order to preserve a piece of microbial art after a sufficient incubation, the microbe culture is sealed with epoxy(but you don't want to grown a bacteria that'll make you sick so DYOR)
This collection aims to make "impossible" microbial art using ethereal tools and using only yeast species – which are fungi.
