That same year, Twisted Vacancy was one of thirteen artists who each contributed an autonomous layer to First Supper, the first programmable artwork minted on Async Art.^2,3 Modeled on the Last Supper, the composition placed a Hackatao character at its center as the other twelve artists, including Twisted Vacancy, each rendered a surrounding figure in their own style.³ The work later appeared, alongside those of its co-creators, in the group exhibition “Virtual Niche” at the Ullens Center for Contemporary Art's UCCA Lab in Beijing in 2021.⁴
