Presidente de Internet, also known as Pipi Universel, is an Argentine artist who works between traditional and digital media, making still images and GIFs.,He has described himself as a fan of “out of context and spontaneous random art”, adding that “the internet is his queen”.
In 2024 he contributed the GIFs Pequeño & Mediano Artista and Autotune to “Hommage à Paul Klee”, an online exhibition curated by GIF Gallery reworking Paul Klee's paintings into contemporary animated form.,The exhibition was also shown as “Paul Klee Digital” at the Kulturmuseum Bern, where he was listed among the international artists reinterpreting Paul Klee's work in GIF format.Later that year he took part in GIF Gallery's homage to the Swiss painter Albert Anker, contributing El que es campeón del mundo interpreta como quiere a Albert Anker, published on the platform objkt in December 2024.
He has also released work under the name Presidente de Internet, including Eduardo's gVnggVng, a 39-edition series on the platform Verse.Houston-based Phantom City Gallery named his piece Santa Tordilla its Artwork of the Week.
