Milad Karamooz is a self-educated photographer who was born in 1982 and is living in Tehran. Growing up as a minority in a deeply religious society, he finds his actions and social views affected by traditions and patriarchy and his work is a sort of manifestation for that. He has always tried to apply challenge and criticism into his works of art.
