WHOSANGST is a visual artist based in Belgrade. Following the completion of her MA in Graphics Design at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, she embarked on a journey to explore the world, using Austria as her base for the past four years. Throughout her travels and numerous exhibitions, Whosangst has remained steadfast in her exploration of emotions. While she delves into various themes, she consistently gravitates towards the rawest of human sentiments. In a society where such emotions are often suppressed, she sees art as a medium for unfettered expression, embracing what she terms as the "naked truth" devoid of shame or blame. Collaboration is integral to Whosangst's artistic endeavors, spanning across diverse domains such as private brands, docu-drama movies, street art, and conceptual projects. Her overarching mission is to empower fellow artists, encouraging them to create without self-doubt or concern about external judgment. She envisions a supportive community where every artist's voice resonates loudly, contributing to a collective pursuit of universal truths. In the words of Marcel Duchamp, "Not everyone is an artist, but everyone is a critic." Whosangst advocates for a culture of constructive engagement rather than mere criticism, fostering an environment where artistic expression flourishes without inhibition.
