When I think of art, I envision an old man stepping out of a taxi on a snowy Hamburg winter day, wearing thick, colorful knit socks and no shoes, slowly making his way towards our home. Sometime later, he settled into a cozy chair in our living room, enjoyed a good sip of wine, and doodled a wagon on a napkin. The speed at which he brought the napkin to life thrilled me. I can't recall my age at that time, maybe 6 or 7. I remember the light of Scandinavian painters, which left me restless, as I couldn't grasp how color on canvas becomes light. Many years later, having always adored art but never finding a way to create my own, chance led me to AI art, where I linger, captivated and fascinated by everything being created. My images primarily delve into my inner world, especially my emotions—the dark and the light—and the thoughts they evoke. A playful, joyous, and painful reflection of myself and the world as I perceive it.
