Meet 28 year old Imran.

He runs a chicken stall with his brother Salim. An old family business that is now run by the 2 brothers .

Quite an eye opening experience for me to watch this butcher . The blood , the flesh , the smell was all a bit too much . Hearing the live chickens plea for help was overwhelming. His hands had age old wounds & yet not a tremble in his cut .
