Hydra Clock is, at its heart, a celebration of the sine wave. The sinuous undulations of the snakes are simply sine waves propagating along bodies, and bobbing heads and flicking tongues are all controlled by sine waves. The snake on the moon clock somehow sees parts of the Roman numerals she crawls over and projects those shadows into the clock's center. This chaotic viper's nest arises from a clockwork order.

Hydra Clock won Honorable Mention for Experimental Art in the 2023 Sheridan Prize for Art.
