this image, born from the midnight sun in alaska, holds a story of discovery. with myself & two friends, our journey unfolded under the soft glow of a sun that refused to set, in a landscape untouched & inviting.

on a winding road, the sky opened, revealing a glimpse of sun through a rift in the clouds. I responded using a light panel I had, its color matched to the sun's warm hues, & a phone flashlight highlighting a bush to the right.

my friend eamon walked the orange-lit road, becoming a part of the narrative we created. this photograph emerged as a keepsake of those endless alaskan nights, a memento of shared exploration & appreciation for the wilderness of alaska.

this image is more than a scene; it's a memory that stands for exploration of new, unseen places. it stands for nostalgia, friendship, & the pursuit of beauty. as the viewer, I invite you to walk this road with us, to join in our wanderlust, our appreciation of beauty, & our anticipation of what lies ahead.
