It's as if artists have a choice! In the most unexpected moment, an idea emerges that makes perfect sense, where everything falls into place. After pondering it in the blink of an eye, you feel your body electrify. In those moments, you wish you could stay there forever.

But it's not that simple. As the saying goes, 'From words to deeds...'. If you're lucky and it's a small project, perhaps there aren't many challenges to overcome. However, when it's something complex, or worse yet, something that requires a lot of materials and money, a battle begins to bring it to life.

Being immersed in that battle makes me happy. As the Japanese say, 'It's what motivates me to get up in the morning.' At the end of the day, it provides satisfaction and great pride. As time goes by, sometimes I find myself with more than three or four projects at once. Some might call it masochism!

But I'm sure I don't have much to choose from. What job could make me happier than being an artist?
