Void Wind is the first known work by Bytebites. It is an interactive, generative, 3D work inspired by the advancements in computer graphics in the mid-to-late 1900s. More specifically, this work is influenced by John Whitney’s motion graphics in the 1960s and other computer advancements at MIT during the 1970s. This work was built in javascript, using the three.js library.
Each piece is interactable by: Left-click + dragging (or single finger drag) to rotate around scene Scrolling (or pinching) to zoom in and out of scene. Right-click dragging to pan around scene.
Many variables that make each instance of Wind in the Void unique and collectible. However, the following characteristics are notable demonstrations of rarity:
