From the age of 5yr-15yr all children on VO!D_Earth are forced to go through what we would call an "Indoctrination Camp", where they are blasted with up to 12 petabytes of data a day with 2 days break a month. It's a sad 10 years for those that don't escape, and a short one for most that do.
