My praise for the highest mountain on the Earth (8.848 m above sea level), Mount Everest is the most attractive for climbers around the world and the most deadly as well, records suggest there have been just over 310 deaths on the mountain. Tibetan name for the mountain is Qomolangma, which means Holy Mother. While Nepali named it Sagar-Matha means the Goddess of the Sky. Everest itself took from Sir George Everest, a British Surveyor.

Located in the Mahalangur Himal sub-range of the Himalayas. The China–Nepal border runs across its summit point.
