Noise study. I have a love/hate relationship with noise. It is easy to create beautiful (to me) images using nothing but noise fields, but I feel like it is a little bit of a trap for my imagination. I'm hoping to get to a place where noise is just another part of my toolset, and I don't get distracted by it.

Veil is a series of 4. These were made by drawing more than 800 million 1x1 semi-transparent rectangles on a 4096x4096 grid.
