Upon transaction of this token, the seller and purchaser accept the following conditions:

The individual or entity with access to the key to the cryptocurrency wallet containing this Non-Fungible-Token owns the physical artwork “Ethereum Value Array Index 2016-2022” by Gryffin Cook, 2022.

On sale of this Non-Fungible-Token: a. The seller must transfer the physical artwork “Ethereum Value Array Index 2016-2022” and Sales Agreement Contract to the new individual or entity with access to the key to the new cryptocurrency wallet containing this Non-Fungible-Token. b. The seller and purchaser must sign the Sales Agreement Contract.

In breach of this agreement the seller becomes liable for damages in lost royalties up to 10% of consequent sales.
