Mondrian artforms have specific traits when looked at through the perspective of generative art. They often have thick black stroke borders, use only primary colors, have similar number of white grids as it has the color grids, have a well-defined range of the grid sizes, et al.

This art changes this Mondrian idea.

It uses light-weighted stroke only to provide some definition to consequent grids. It uses a mix of matte, semi-transparent and partly-greyish tones(to avoid primary colors and whites) It also allows grids with a higher range. So you can have 50 large grids or even 2500 small ones.

This artwork also stretches the entire window instead of a defined art-size as is the case with most Mondrian art.
