Spoken-word poetry by CB.

I was feeling constipated with hiding from the reality of my life. My cheeks were sore from the smiling facade and I thought why not? Tell the truth as it reveals itself to me for 7 days, to hopefully on day 8 feel a little bit free. And yes I do feel better, because poetry to me is therapy first and foremost. I hope these words resonate with you as they did with me.
