This camera feed is for The Queen Of The Night Exhibit at the museum and every night it records Joe the old janitors ghosts cleaning on the feed. Joe scares the shit out of every security guard when he pops onto the screen out of nowhere. No one has ever see Joe in person or in front of the art work but they always see him in the feed.

Joe worked for the art museum for 40 years and when he died no one really cared because Joe had no family and he worked nights allow clean so his co-workers didn't know him as well. Joe loved the art more than people and that might be why he haunts the museum every night.
