Description

On January 10, 2026, a devastating fire reached BosqueGracias, a permacultural territory where we produced artist residencies open to the blockchain community.

Five homes and studios — analog, video, craft, sound, and digital — with machines, tools, and objects of collection and devotion were reduced to ashes. Negatives from 1920. The works created over more than fifteen years, the union of this collective of artists. The loss is immense; the remains are few.

These images are the objects found before the total demolition of the houses. They are the last record of that immaterial life process carried by objects — memory, remembrance, and those experiences that remind us that beyond the object, the hand knows.

Almost in an archaeological search, some objects appeared in key places. Most cannot be recovered, yet finding them brought back, from destruction, the memory of a fully lived life.

We raised two children here. I played at coloring everything. My connection to the territory is complete; this body, too, has been partly burned. From that encounter — between the burned objects and the regenerating forest — I present this immaterial record of the forest, as my dyes and glitches once were.

The work is the remainder of the process.

By collecting these NFTs, you become part of the chain of contracts that validates this artistic being — in a place far more immaterial than contracts themselves: a living network sustained because it has been woven, and because it is home.
