Ocean waves in calm or stormy skies. Spray, and the occasional buoy passes by.

Large and rolling waves are generated at the back and get more turbulent as they get closer to the viewer. A stripe of sunlight varies in position from towards the back to the front. The highest waves create spray. Everyone once and a while, a buoy or two (or more!) will pass by. The background color is related to the buoy color to make it more harmonious.
