Description

"An artist can surely determine what/which their artworks are. But which are they?"

--->Since I began to mint NFTs (via other accounts and platforms), I've come to better understand how unusual (perhaps insufficient) deeming something "art" is.   (--->As Darren Bader (Moses Hosiery Corp.), I've been trying to limn art's liminal tensions for years, somehow keeping my faith in art as supra-temporal, religious even.)   --->Since I began thinking of/in/re NFT, it's become clearer to me how tenuous the conceits/concepts of authorship are (not that it doesn't have its clear value(s)!). I've also been increasingly aware of (often stumped by) the value(s) of ownership. How is it that we gift ourselves the belief(s) that authorship and ownership are qualities that would genuinely define us? --->Running out of characters here...2bcont...

This LARGE jpg is 1 of 6 (arbitrary number) "test" works I'm minting in hopes of further studying what is (and as such, isn't) art.
