The most empowered thing I’ve ever done as a woman is to give myself space to reconnect with myself from the heart. As women sometimes we give too much of ourselves, we tend to our parents, kids, family and friends. We work both outside an inside our homes. And we forget to ask for help, or to just say No. It’s ok to set up boundaries and it’s ok to ask for help. It is in our nature to be giving and caring but we must also care for ourselves. It’s the most loving and empowering thing we can do, then we can go out and save the world once again.
