This work refers to subjectivity of representation trough portrait. At the same time, it tries to show the idea of modeling the physical appearance, subject to the beauty canons imposed by society. The human face is the most common representation of the physical appearance and, in parallel, an ephemeral element that changes with the passage of time.

In each frame of the video are merged the faces of two different people. The main objective of this action is to enhance the concept of changing traits, and even changing identities. Remembering the essay "The mask and the face" by E. H. Gombrich, it could be defined that the human face is constantly changing, both in reality and in its representation. We model ourselves based on the expectations of others, and we assume the "mask" or person that life assigns us, and finally we become our type to the point that it models our behavior. We generally accept the "mask" before notice the face.
