Shower thoughts

"I stand, still Let the tears go down With the water"

This is the first painting of a series about common appliances in brazillian life, such as the electrical shower, displayed here. This one is about thinking of ending things. The act of taking your own life can be summarized in a zero sum game, or in a Schrodinger cat model. You are alive and dead. Is a choice. In this painting, my main focus was not in the act of killing, but in the moment when we ask: should I do it? This painting represents the depression of living in a country that does not care about their poeple. They put a smile abd everything is okay. But when you finally can wipe out all the dirt, you ask yourself: Should I do it?
