C.G. Jung noted: “The shadow personifies everything that a person refuses to recognize in himself. Meeting with oneself presupposes meeting with one's own shadow." Each of us has a shadow side — the one that manifests itself in moments of crisis or happiness. The one that divides the environment into categories: I like this person, and this one not. Your shadow side sometimes helps and sometimes gets on the way of achieving goals. But the main thing is that we're completely unaware of it.
